What are the aims of the After School Programme?

Training Grounds After School Football Clubs are designed to allow players to have fun whilst learning, under the direction of our Professional coaches in a safe and happy learning environment.

The After School Clubs are suitable for everyone, whether you already play or are a beginner.

It provides the opportunity to learn all about the game as well as making new friends. With the enphasis on participation and inclusion coupled with getting kids active and involved in sport as part of a healthy active life style.

How do I get involved?
Firstly you will need to see if we currently do a club within your schoolyou do need to be a pupil at one of these schools to be able to attend. If you find your school is part of the programme you can find details of the days, times, costs and how to get an application form by clicking onto that Schools page opposite. Once you have done that follow the details and come and join !

What If my School is not on the List? Can my School host a club?

If your School is not on the list and you dont have any provision at your school for Football, then why not pass on our details to your head teacher so they can see for themselves what it is we do and how we could benefit their extra curricular activites. We also provide curriculum time sessions to schools to further enhance the School's sporting provision and with support and advice also available to teaching staff we can help strengthen P.E. within the School's structure. General Information
All of our After Schools programmes are run by qualified F.A. coaches who also hold valid first aid certification and have completed Child Protection Training. All coaches also hold full CRB discolsures to further safeguard the wellfare and safety of all the children participating.
